With 25 years of experience working within the mental health field, I can help if you are seeking one-to-one psychological therapy with an experienced and compassionate clinical psychologist. I offer a safe and comfortable space where we will work together to help you overcome your difficulties

 

I can provide specific psychological interventions such as CBT and ACT or longer-term psychological therapy such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy depending on your needs
